How does billing work?
Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, in euros. You pay when you subscribe and again at each renewal. Prices are shown before tax.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What about the EU right of withdrawal?
Mostra starts working the moment you subscribe, so at checkout we ask you to confirm that you want the service to begin immediately and that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for the days used. Read the details in our Terms of Service.
Is VAT included?
VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing country and shown before you pay. Business customers can add a VAT number there.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or change between monthly and yearly in the billing portal, any time. Stripe adjusts the charge for the time left.
